Integrating shamanic practices, EFT, and the use of essential oils and flower essences, weight loss sessions are a combination of healing and guided work that will be tailored to your individual needs. You will receive wisdom and specific guidance in the areas of emotional and spiritual processes related to weight release, nutrition, exercise, and this guidance will be coupled with tapping into your own internal wisdom.
In the 6-months WEIGHT LOSS PACKAGE, you will receive:
One (1) in-depth initial shamanic healing session 2.5 to 4 hours in length
Eleven (11) follow-up healing/mentoring sessions 1 to 1.5 hours in length to address additional issues
Six (6) 20-min phone calls and weekly email support, as needed, for the duration of the healing package
Custom blended Essential Oil support, as needed
