Soul Contracts and Vows can be positive or negative, intentional or unintentional. Most of the time, past life Soul Contracts and Vows are negative. We make them in a moment of intense negative emotion (fear, rage, trauma, shock, disappointment, etc.) without really meaning them. For this reason, past life Contracts and Vows tend to cause problems in our current lifetime. They create unhealthy patterns and behaviors that keep us stuck.
One sign of an active negative Soul Contract is when you feel as if something you can’t describe or see is holding you back from happiness you desire. It seems to recur in your life and becomes a source of inner frustration, sadness, or depression.
