Alana is helping me tremendously on my journey of healing. Her guidance and wisdom are allowing me to face and release old wounds and now I sense I am beginning to build upon a sturdier foundation within. Her inner strength and kind nature are fostering within me greater courage during this journey. I truly sense that I am realizing a deeper understanding of myself and this, along with the healing that has occurred, is very empowering.
