Thank YOU for this incredible experience of The Holy Nights of the Soul! It was so exciting to wake up every morning to a new email. It made every day feel like Christmas because every day I could be in a new mindset and focus on something new.
The Holy Nights inspired me to journal regularly. I discovered that it is a wonderful way to document my life, but also calm down and be in a state of peace and reflection. It is now extremely important for me to take time for myself, focus on breathing while listening to peaceful music that inspires my soulwork, and be in the presence of a living flame from a candle.
I loved being able to not only reflect on my past year but model my next year. The only thing that I personally struggled with, it was difficult not to make each month the same. I also don’t like being specific because I want my life to feel very spontaneous. There were times I didn’t even really know what I wanted to experience that month and so things became very general in my journaling and intention setting. As the days went on and as I got busier, I found it more difficult to find the time, and even motivation to focus on my soulwork. It’s silly because I’m so passionate about it, but as I came back to rehearsals and to a place where my brain and body were constantly on the move, I would make excuses as to why I didn’t have time to really dig as deep as I did for the majority of the nights. I think things would have been more consistent had I stayed with my parents for all 12 nights.
I usually have the most intense dreams, but for some reason, I either didn’t remember dreaming or couldn’t remember my dreams for a lot of the 12 nights. Recently, though, I noticed that a few of my dreams have been about me recognizing financial pressure, and some people in my dreams have helped me through that. Maybe some of that financial pressure will release soon! That’s what I’m hoping that means 🙂 I don’t know if noticing my dreams at this point in the game is still relevant, but I thought I’d share!
The dream stones were a wonderful element in the process. They felt magical to me. I felt like a little girl who put her teeth under her pillow waiting for the tooth fairy to bring her a gift.
One of my biggest outtakes from this experience is that I have a better understanding of how I feel when I am satisfied and peaceful. I love the way I feel when I am in a deeper state of awareness. It feels safe, secure, light, and calm, but also very exciting and like I could conquer the world!
I know I still have a lot to work on, but I feel ready to conquer this year! A few times this year already I have had a lazy, procrastinating energy and I do not like the way that feels at all. That’s something I want to work on releasing from my life- this lack of motivation at times. There’s so much I want to accomplish and this odd depressing energy is not helping it. I’m working on it though! I can see my progress since last year and I know that I’m on my way to a much happier life.
Overall, my experience was full of light and awareness. I was inspired by your wisdom and it felt so nice to have someone to trust and lean on. I could finally talk to someone who GETS IT! I am surrounded by people that have little to no spiritual awareness or even interest in it. I have one or two friends that understand what it means to be connected to your soul, and so you have no idea what it meant to me to be able to talk to you about everything. I’m actually starting to tear up typing this because I’m so passionate about this, and I’m overwhelmed by the amount of safety and reassurance I felt from being able to do the 12 Holy Nights, as well as the private sessions with you. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
