The Holy Nights of the Soul 2025

✨ Entering the Time Between Time

There is a time each year when the world goes quiet… though most people are too distracted to notice.

While lights are strung on houses and calendars fill with obligations, something ancient is happening beneath the surface of the physical world.

The Earth exhales… The Sun stands still… And for twelve nights — the veils thin…

Not in metaphor, but in reality.

In the old mystery traditions, the Holy Nights were the pause between the breaths of the cosmos — the moment when the unseen world brushed close to the visible one, when dreams carried truth, when intuition sharpened, and when the Soul could be heard again.

Most people rush through December in noise, consumption, exhaustion, and endless outward doing… but those who know, those who remember, turn inward.

This year, I have chosen the theme: Return to Innocence – Seed of Light in Cosmic Waters because we stand at the threshold between a 9-year and a 1-year, between the ending of a great cycle and the beginning of a new one.

Year 9 closes chapters, contracts, karmas, and stories not meant to be carried forward.

Year 1 opens doors we have not walked through before.

Between them lies a threshold.

And that threshold — the only one that matters — is entered through innocence. Not naïveté, but the original luminosity you held before the world shaped you.

During the holidays, people become louder, faster, busier — but the Soul becomes quieter, softer, more easily drowned out. And so we walk right past this sacred opening each year, never hearing the whisper.

The Holy Nights are the invitation to stop running in the outer world long enough to hear the inner world call your name.

✨What Calls You to the Holy Nights

Why walk the Holy Nights this year?

Because most of us have forgotten who we are.

We’ve carried too much.
We’ve become too tired.
We’ve worn masks so long we think they are our faces.
We’ve survived instead of lived.
We’ve silenced our own inner knowing in the noise of obligation.

The Holy Nights give you something few moments in a lifetime offer: a quiet room in the dark where your Soul comes to speak with you. A room where the world cannot reach you. Where the veils lift, and the essence of your being — ancient, wise, still — steps forward.

This year, we will follow a threefold path:

Release → Restoration → Return to Innocence

We will gently lay down what keeps you from hearing yourself:

  1. The stories that no longer fit

  2. The exhaustion that has become familiar

  3. The emotional weight you are not meant to carry

  4. The roles you have outgrown

  5. The beliefs that dim your light

  6. The patterns inherited, not chosen

  7. The fears that do not belong to your future

  8. The successes of the past that are complete

  9. The illusions that keep you from your true Self

Nine releases — one for each closing year, cleared to create space for the One Year ahead.

And after the release comes the restoration — the return of your inner softness, your creativity, your original Self, your innocence.

The Holy Nights are not just a ritual. They are a remembering.

A descent into the quiet where you meet the person you were before the world told you who to be.

A return to the light that was always yours.

✨ Choose your path – Three Ways to Journey

The Holy Nights are not a program — they are a pathway through the quiet corridors of your own Soul.

Each tier is a different doorway. Each one leads you back home in its own way.

🌙 Tier 1 — The Journal

For the soul who longs for silence, for spaciousness, for the gentle crackle of a candle in the dark. A path walked alone yet held by the timeless rhythm of the nights. The Journal becomes your guide —
a lantern, a companion, a map of the inner world.

A GUIDED JOURNAL makes a wonderfully thoughtful gift!

🌙 Tier 2 — The Circle

For the one who wants to walk with others in a shared breath, a shared rhythm, a shared remembering. Here, the field lifts you. The ceremonies deepen you. The presence of fellow soul navigators creates a current stronger than the individual mind.

🌙 Tier 3 — The Sanctuary

For the soul standing at a threshold who feels the year ahead is not a continuation but a new destiny. Here, the work becomes personal — your story, your seed, your path illuminated through shamanic ceremony, private guidance, and the small, potent field of the Sanctuary.

Choose the doorway that calls your name. Each leads to the same heart: your return to innocence.

✨Rhythm & Flow

The Holy Nights follow a rhythm older than any calendar — a pulse woven into the bones of the Earth.

When you enter this passage, you step into the breathing cycle of the cosmos itself.

Here is the sacred flow we walk together:

    December 21 — Winter Solstice

The Earth stands still. The Sun pauses in her long descent.

This is the moment of the cosmic in-breath — the deep, ancient silence before the return of the light.

On this night, the gateway opens. We gather in preparation, receiving guidance, ceremony, and the first blessing that softens the old year and beckons the new.

This is the threshold where the past loosens its grip.

    December 24 — Mother’s Night

In the old mysteries, this was not the night of the Child — but of the Mother. The Creatrix. The Womb of All Worlds.

On Mother’s Night, we honor the vast feminine presence from which all life is born.

We invite the first dream of the Holy Nights — the dream that reveals your Inner Light and how it wishes to shine in the year ahead.

This is the night the work begins.

December 25 – January 5 — The Twelve Holy Nights

For twelve nights, we walk between the worlds. Time thins. Spirit draws close. Dreams become messages, and the Soul speaks more clearly than the mind.

Each day carries a quiet rhythm:

  • Morning attunement to open your inner field

  • Reflection on the passing year, one month at a time

  • Soul-seed inquiry to listen for what wants to be born

  • Soft evening ritual, a return to the sacred within

  • Dream invitation, calling guidance from the unseen

The path unfolds as:

Release → Restoration → Return to Innocence

Each night is a step deeper into yourself. Each morning is a rising light.

    December 31 — New Year’s Eve

While the world celebrates outwardly, we turn inward. This is the night of the second shamanic ceremony — a cleansing, blessing, and alignment that frees the old year from your body and opens the path for the year ahead.

A night of release. A night of renewal. A night where destiny shifts quietly in the dark.

    January 6 — Epiphany

Epiphany is revelation. Illumination. The moment when something essential that has lived inside you all along finally becomes visible.

On this morning you receive the One Bright Seed entrusted to you for 2026 — the seed that will guide, steady, and strengthen your year.

We close our circle not with endings, but with beginning.

    The Journey Ends… and Begins

When the Holy Nights conclude, you carry a new rhythm inside you — a clarity, a softness, a deeper knowing of who you are.

You walk back into the world with the light you came here to live.

For all participants: our journey opens on the Winter Solstice – the in-breath point of the Earth’s great cycle, when the Sun stands still and the doorway to the Holy Nights quietly unlocks.

For the Circle and the Sanctuary participants: on this day, I will send you beautifully detailed Guidelines to prepare your space, your body, and your inner world for the passage we are about to enter.

For Guided Journal Participants: if you chose the Journal (self-guided option), you will receive your downloadable PDF in the morning of December 21 containing all daily reflections, prompts, and creative invitations.

This tier is designed for those who prefer to move quietly, independently, or who may be traveling or navigating family life.

You will not receive daily emails nor participate in the shamanic ceremonies – yet you will be walking the same sacred path, in your own rhythm, with the same light guiding you.

December 24 – January 6: The Twelve Holy Nights

From December 24 through January 6, when human beings are most able to perceive and respond to the subtle worlds, participants in The Circle and The Sanctuary each day will receive a morning email with:

  • the theme of the night

  • a soul-seed inquiry

  • instructions for your evening ritual

  • a dream invitation for the night

You will be invited to write, draw, paint, move, hum, pray, or create – allowing the Soul’s message to emerge in any form it chooses. These revelations become the pages of your personal Book of Life – a guide you will return to again and again through the coming year.

Three Shamanic Clearing Ceremonies

The shamanic clearing work this year is precise, potent, and timed at the three cosmic thresholds:

✨ December 21 — Winter Solstice

Opening the way.

🔥 December 31 — New Year’s Eve

Releasing the old year and igniting the inner light.

✨ January 6 — Epiphany

Illumination, revelation, and the descent of your One Bright Seed for 2026.

On these three nights, at 9 PM EST, we tune in together – not through screens or sound, but through intention, breath, and the ancient language of the heart.

In that shared field, I will facilitate a remote group shamanic clearing and blessing for participants in The Circle and The Sanctuary.

January 6 — Epiphany

Our work culminates on the morning of January 6, a day long revered as a moment of spiritual revelation.

If we have prepared ourselves with sincerity and rhythm, this morning opens as a rare threshold – a moment of quiet revelation. The personal “I” softens and meets the Cosmic – the Divine, the Christ, the Higher Consciousness – not as something outside of us, but as the deeper I AM that has always lived beneath every role, every story, every becoming.

In this meeting, the One Bright Seed is revealed – the distilled essence of your soul, born from all that you have released and all that you have restored. It is not an idea or a goal, but a living presence – a guiding light to carry into the new cycle, into Year One.

Epiphany is not an ending. It is the moment you recognize what has been quietly growing within you all along.

Your space does not need to be perfect. It only needs to be true.

During the Holy Nights, your home becomes a temple – not through decoration or effort, but through intention.

The unseen world responds to the smallest gesture: a candle lit in sincerity, a bowl of water placed with reverence, a cloth smoothed over a corner of a table as if preparing a place for the Soul to sit.

You are preparing a threshold, a quiet chamber within your home where the veils grow thin and your inner world opens like a night flower.

To create your Holy Nights space, you may choose:

  • a small table, dresser, or corner

  • a beeswax candle to anchor the Light

  • a bowl of water to mirror the cosmic waters within

  • a stone or natural object symbolizing the Earth

  • your journal, pen, and art supplies

  • a bowl for burning, to release the stories that end with the year

  • a small dish of salt, for grounding and purification

This does not need to be elaborate. The Soul does not require perfection – only presence.

Even if you are traveling, staying with family, or moving between places, your altar can be as simple as: a candle, your journal, your breath.

The moment you remember that these nights are sacred, your space becomes sacred with you.

This is the room where your Soul will come to speak. Prepare it with tenderness.

Your body is the doorway. Not an obstacle, not a burden, but the soft vessel through which Spirit enters.

During the Holy Nights, your body becomes a listening instrument – a tuning fork for the unseen, a sanctuary for the subtle.

To prepare for the shamanic ceremonies, you are invited to weave a small ritual of care for your body:

  • drink deeply of clean water,

  • warm yourself as if preparing for winter sleep,

  • soften your breath,

  • lie down or recline in comfort,

  • allow your muscles to loosen their stories.

A body at ease is a body that can receive.

Avoiding alcohol on these nights keeps your field clear and bright. But life is not always spacious – you may be traveling, hosting, or surrounded by family.

If the moment finds you in motion, simply pause at the ceremony hour and turn your attention inward for a few breaths.

Intention is the bridge. The work will find you.

There is nothing to perform, nothing to visualize, nothing to “get right.” Shamanic work is not effort – it is permission.

Permission to rest.
Permission to be held.
Permission to let the old year slide gently off your shoulders.

Your task is simple:

Be present.
Be soft.
Be open.

Your body will understand what to do long before your mind does.

Shamanic work happens in the places where language thins. It does not require belief, performance, or effort – only openness.

During the Holy Nights, the shamanic ceremonies are the three pillars that hold the path of Release → Restoration → Return to Innocence.

These ceremonies are done remotely, but distance means nothing in the language of Spirit. We meet in the field beneath the physical world – the place your dreams come from, the place where your ancestors still remember your name.

At the appointed hour, you lie down or rest in stillness, and I enter the shamanic current on your behalf.

The work is carried out with the support of:

  • your Ancestors,

  • your Teacher Beings,

  • your Nature Spirits,

  • your Power Animals,

  • and the great field of the Circle and Sanctuary around you.

You may feel warmth, gentle currents of energy, images rising unbidden, or a deep quiet settling in your bones. You may feel nothing at all – and yet the work is done all the same.

Shamanic work is not loud. It is not dramatic. It is the subtle turning of the inner tide – the unbinding of what is old, the blessing of what is new, the clearing of the path between them.

Each ceremony corresponds to a cosmic threshold:

Winter Solstice — December 21

The opening of the gateway. Preparation. The clearing of the outer world from your field.

New Year’s Eve — December 31

The burning away of the old year. A lighting of the inner torch. An alignment with your Seed of Light for the year ahead.

Epiphany — January 6

Illumination. Revelation. The moment when what has been working beneath the surface finally reveals its face.

The work is subtle, ancient, precise.

You do not have to reach for it. You only need to allow it to reach for you. And it will.

These items help create a gentle, sacred container for your Holy Nights journey. Choose what resonates – your intention matters more than perfection.

  • Beautiful Journal — a journal you love writing in. Unlined pages work best if you plan to sketch, trace symbols, or create Neurographica drawings.
  • A Great Pen — a smooth, comfortable pen that encourages ease, reflection, and emotional flow.
  • 13 Pure Beeswax Tealight Candles — one for each Holy Night, plus Mother's Night. Beeswax carries a naturally cleansing, heart-warming quality.
  • One White Candle — the eternal flame of Spirit.
  • One Gold Candle — the essence of Abundance.
  • Rose Quartz or White Crystal — the heart of Innocence.
  • 2026 Planner or Calendar — to map out insights, intentions, and epiphanies as they arise. This becomes the bridge between the dream of the nights and the shape of the coming year.
  • Water Bowl — a small bowl of clear water for purification, reflection, and dream-anchoring.
  • Burning Bowl — a fire-safe bowl for releasing notes, emotions, and patterns that are ready to return to the elements.
  • Salt — a small dish of natural salt for grounding, protection, and energetic cleansing.
  • Optional Creative & Ritual Items

Color pencils, crayons and markers

A small altar table or chosen corner

An altar cloth or scarf

Feathers, stones, branches, or any natural items that feel meaningful

Incense or resin

  • Sanctuary Art Supplies (for Sanctuary participants only)

Colored pencils

Permanent markers (fine, medium, bold — 3 sizes)

A4 Bristol smooth paper for your Neurographica Seed of Light artwork

As you complete your passage through these words and stand on the edge of the journey ahead, may a soft truth settle in your heart:

You are not lost. You are not behind. You are returning.

May the Holy Nights open their quiet doors to you – one by one – and may you walk through each
with tenderness, courage, and wonder.

May the veils part just enough for you to glimpse your own brilliance, your innocence, your original light.

May what needs to fall away do so gently, and what wants to be born find you as naturally as dawn finding the horizon.

And when Epiphany arrives, may you hear your Soul whisper its name, and feel the subtle joy of knowing you have stepped into a new chapter that was waiting for you all along.

Go with reverence. Go with light. Go with the quiet certainty that you are held.

Your Holy Nights are blessed!

Your Guide

Alana Blusol walks the threshold between worlds – a practitioner of shamanic healing arts, a Certified Neurographica® Instructor and Aesthetic Coach, and a long-time student of the ancient mysteries.

Her shamanic path was a Divine summons – one that rose from the ashes of great loss, with her two sons as her remaining lights and a profound silence in which the unseen world began to speak. It was in that silence that her true initiation unfolded.

Through grief, she entered the underworld of her own becoming – a place where the old identity dissolves, the soul remembers its shape, and Spirit reveals itself in ways the mind alone cannot. She emerged carrying a different kind of light – one gathered in the dark and brought back in her hands.

Today, Alana weaves shamanic energy work, archetypal ceremony, ancestral remembrance, and the transformative magic of Neurographica into a single path – a path of release, restoration, and return.

She stands as a lantern-bearer for those walking their own thresholds – helping souls remember their Divine origin, reclaim their innocence, and rise into the truth of who they were before the world taught them to forget.

If you feel called to the Holy Nights, you will not walk alone. She will be there – steady, present, and deeply attentive – guiding you gently back to yourself.
